Nominated by Equiniti, BT won ‘Best overall performance in fostering employee share ownership’ (15,001+ employees) and ‘Most effective use of technology’. They were also commended in the category, ‘Most effective communication of an employee share plan’.
IGas won in the category, ‘Best commitment to employee share ownership’ for small companies with fewer than 250 employees with their generous and innovative matching share ratio.
The awards were held at the Grand Connaught Rooms London on 27 November 2013, the industry renowned event was hosted by the award-winning actor, writer and comedian, Miles Jupp, with an address provided by the Treasury Minister David Gauke, MP.
