Working closely with clients, we developed a portal that will allow you to see and manage your full dividend process, from initiating the payment through to approving the funding letter.
What does the portal do?
The portal will house the dividend planning process into one system, which will speed up the process, remove the need for paper and provide you with a clear audit trail of what tasks are complete and what are outstanding.
Within the portal you will be able to:
- Initiate a new payment
- Review and approve your timetable
- Review, amend and approve your proofing documents
- Review, amend and approve your funding letter

When will I get access to the new portal?
The dividend team will be in touch three months ahead of your record date to provide you with login details.
To support you we have prepared a user guide and demo video which your Dividend Planner will share with you when providing your login details.
