The results of the 2017 Capital Analytics UK Registrars Benchmarking Survey show an improvement of Equiniti’s scores in nearly all categories, which has reinforced our ongoing efforts to improve the quality of service we provide, with the highest improvement in service across the 3 registrars.
Capital Analytics deployed an NPS scoring system to calculate overall satisfaction for the first time this year, with Equiniti placed 2nd with 56, above the industry average of 41 for financial services.
