Send us the following by post:
- The original death certificate (which will be returned to you within 5 working days)
- A letter stating:
- The shareholder's full name
- Their registered address plus any other addresses that could help us identify the shareholding
- The company name(s) that the shares are held in plus the 11-digit Shareholder Reference Numbers if you have them
