Martin Flanigan is the Chief Executive Officer of the Americas for Equiniti. In this role, Marty is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and overseeing the Group’s operations across region.
Prior to this appointment, Marty was most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of AST, which merged with Equiniti in December 2021. Before being named Chief Executive Officer of AST in 2018, he spent six years as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Marty has more than 20 years of C-suite experience, managing the growth of fintech and professional services companies, including Innovest Systems and Wealth Management Systems, Inc.
