Andrew Stephenson is EQ's Chief People Officer.
Andrew has a strong background in developing customer-focused cultures, which drive customer satisfaction and growth, and has led programmes focused on workplace wellbeing, diversity and inclusion. Andrew has led HR and IT for both Waterstones Booksellers and Lookers plc, HR and Property for DFS plc and has also held Operational roles at EY, B&Q, Virgin and Vodafone. Andrew has a Non-Executive role with global recruitment company Armstrong Craven and has previously held non-executive roles with HMRC and Citizens Advice.
Andrew has a Doctorate in Business Administration from Staffordshire University, is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the CMI.
